"Wanted to see if any of you have a client with a house (preferably) or condo that would be willing to accept a trade for a Phoenix property or two. My client wants something here in Rocky Point in exchange for a rental home in Tempe and/or a very nice high end home in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. Let me know if any of you might have someone in mind and let me know what the property is like. My client would prefer something a bit off the beaten path, so doubt that something in Las Palomas would work for them. Las Conchas or something like that is more my clients style."
