Grant MacKenzie Sr of Re/Max Legacy here in Rocky Point sent me this info:
Checking some of my files, I found this information I got from a past issue in USA Today. The article stated that living in México during retirement, means more services for less money. The warmth of people plus the low cost of life makes México a good choice for retirees:
Private room
USA: $260
Mexico: $18-$50
Number of for-profit nursing homes:
USA: 9,900 Mexico: 288
Cost of a home health care aide: (per hour)
USA: $19 Mexico: $9
Cost of a homemaker-companion: (per hour)
USA: $17 Mexico: $2-$5

DERMOTOLOGY CLINIC COMING SOON?
Amidst the mugginess and balmy breeze last night, Bill Barvitzski dropped a chunk of 411 on a dermotology clinic being opened here in Rocky Point!
Sounds like something we need to investigate more on - all of the employees are doctors, not esthiticians, so it could be a GREAT merger for Sanctuary to do business with them and vice versa...imagine the services both entities could offer if we join forces!
Stay tuned for more as it develops...
