Terrifying, isn't it? Everyone in the southwestern USA - count your blessings that we only receive droughts and heat waves which can be avoided...you can't really avoid a 10 or 15 foot wall of water!My thoughts are with the victims and familes that are STILL out of power in Houston and Galveston.
