ROGER CLYNE AND THE PEACEMAKERS CONCERT

I have to admit it - we didn't go! After Thursday's lunch date turning into a rock star session, then Friday's Blue Buddha binge, we just needed a good night's sleep - so we (gasp) skipped the concert...I haven't heard anything about what happened (you know there's ALWAYS drama) but then again, all the concert goers are probably still asleep!

I don't know where I've been - I totally missed the Jazz by the Sea fesitval at Penasco del Sol last Friday night, and I almost missed reporting on Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers concert THIS WEEKEND October 10th and 11th, right here in Rocky Point!

I wish this were a video...we were at Sunset a few nights ago, watching Craig and Michael Poturalski play, and these 3 happy gals came in and just started cutting a rug - it wasn't too pretty. I'll never forget Craig saying "Yeeeeeaaaah! WooOOOoooo! (the only 2 words they uttered all night) We've got three 30 year old drunk chicks in the house!" Hilarity, it was...

How much are they even going for? I remember we payed $75 EACH one time - yikes! And you KNOW we don't paid until the 1st! ha ha

We need a cowboy hat, too...we'll rummage to find ours! We're going to look like RP tourists - denim skirt, cowboy hat, wife beater, and flipflops (with Dos Equis in hand, no doubt) YIPPEE!!

Anyway - we've basically finished all of our work for today...we could do more, we know...we're in la la land right now - and in need for more hits!
