BREAKFAST ON THE RUN

www.iVillage.com has some of the best recipes on their site...I signed up to receive emails with healthy recipes and here is one of them!

BANANA PEACH SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1 small banana 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt 2 cups frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed slightly 
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Nutritional Information: Per Serving: 220 calories, 1 gram of saturated fat, 45 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 7 grams of protein and 84mg of sodium.
