SUMMER EATIN...

Locals: here's three great lunches that we all can fix to take to work with us! Ps: they're healthy...if you're gonna hit the beach, you need to get your bod in shape.

1. Turkey sandwich on whole grain with romaine lettuce, low-fat mayo and mustard, and a yogurt.

2. Mixed dark, leafy greens with a variety of mixed veggies, topped with turkey and 
egg whites, and dressed with flaxseed oil and balsamic vinegar.

3. Whole-wheat English muffin with 
peanut butter and half a banana or sugar-free jam, and two cups mixed raw veggies with yogurt dip.*

*To make yogurt dip, mix 2 Tbsp French onion soup mix into one low-fat plain yogurt.
