HURRICANE SEASON'S NOT OVER - HURRICANE NORBERT IN SAN CARLOS!

The U.S. National Hurricane Center says Norbert made landfall near Puerto Charley on the southwest coast of Baja California. It has winds of up to 105 miles (165 kph).

It is expected to sweep across a sparsely populated stretch of the peninsula, and then make a second landfall Saturday night in northwestern Mexico's mainland — possibly as a hurricane.
