We go to your condo or home once a month and do a full inspection of the interior to make sure all your appliances work, the a/c is in good condition, missing light bulbs or shorts aren’t an issue, and lots more stuff on our long list of items to check. We then send you a monthly report with our findings, and quote you on repairs if need be.
For the exteriors (geared for beach homes and villas) we go twice a month and sweep off your patio(s) wipe down all fixtures and patio furniture to keep the sea breeze from getting to it, and clean your windows so that your beach home is in tip top shape!
