S.W.I.M is open for business with a brand spankin new menu with additions. It’s really coming together as the only green restaurant in town – they use mostly organic ingredients, preservative free when they’re able, and all paper is recyclable, so you know when you eat at S.W.I.M, you’re doing the environment some good!
