Here's an excerpt of something Keith, a very dear friend and faithful MYN reader, sent me:It is going to be a hotel, retail spaces, and movie theatre. There was an article about in the RP Times or Join Us in April.
I am so proud of the fact I knew something that you did not (very funny, Keith)...I know it mentioned the developer and I think the funding as well. And it did not mention who they were going to sell to. It did mention that this was the first phase of a three phase plan, and that it was going to totally change the marina area. The hotel will be above the mall.
My next mission: finding an April RP Times!
