This lady knows what she's talking about when it comes to buying beef in Mexico.
I think I've got it down - when I go to SuperVal next time, and want a filet mignon, I will ask for una "Chuleta de dos Lomos" which is a porterhouse, and is tastier than the fillet, anyway!
