Ladies, We have established a new and improved schedule for you to have your "Black Dahlia" appts. arranged. Dahlia will be at Consign and Design every Thurs. & Fri from 10:00 til 5:00 from now on. She is going to be faithful and prompt to help establish good client relationships.We know she is the best in town, for hands or feet and want to continue having her services available.
